The professional set OW510s-inox and silo system is a comprehensive set for the production of high-quality vegetable oil. The set includes all the necessary components for pressing and filtering your own oil. The powerful oil press OW510s-inox is made of stainless steel and allows the processing of more than 100 different seeds. The silo system offers storage capacity for up to 100 kg of seeds and ensures 24-hour operation. The OW-Filpu plate filter allows the oil to be filtered and refined before use. With the temperature sensor and stainless steel holder, you always keep an eye on the oil temperature.
The OW510s-inox oil press is characterised by its low energy consumption, low noise level and compact design. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized farms as well as for mobile applications at markets or in farm shops. The stainless steel construction of the pressing unit allows for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. The direct drive with special gearing guarantees reliable operation and a long service life. The speed can be infinitely adjusted to achieve optimal pressing results. The variable press gap adjustment, the press head heating and the digital temperature monitoring enable precise and gentle cold pressing of valuable oils.
The silo system provides seed feed control and facilitates cleaning of the mill. The seed hopper and the frame are made of high quality stainless steel and are easy to clean. Thanks to the casters, the system can be moved easily and is stable during operation.
The OW-FILPU plate filter is a powerful device for professional use. It has a throughput of up to 80 liters per hour and requires 20 filter cartons per pass. The plates are made of robust filter carton and have a size of 200 × 200 mm. The operating pressure is adjustable and the unit is equipped with a suction pump and a collection tray. The plates are changed manually depending on the degree of contamination. The plate filter is durable and efficient thanks to its stainless steel design.
