Semi-automatic weight dosing system with innovative functions that enable use with a large number of containers (cans, glass bottles, PET, bags in cartons) from 0.008 to 10 liters.
With the help of the latest electronics, all processes have been simplified to enable use by less experienced operators. All settings are predefined at the factory. The user does not need to make any adjustments or calibrations. The format change (e.g. from 0.25 liter bottles to 5 liter cans) is managed with the help of a simple selector that selects the 20 predefined formats (10 formats in liters and 10 formats in grams) upwards or scrolls down.
In addition to the predefined formats, it is always possible to set “non-standard” volumes (eg 1.3 liters, etc.) that the device fills without problems.
The weighing system used is metric approved and therefore enables the machine to be used to dose packages for sale to third parties.
Particular attention was paid to the selection of the components used to handle the product. The pump has an impeller which is selected according to the product to be packed (for nitrile oil, etc.). The dosing speeds are controlled by the electronics, which regulate them according to the formats to be filled, thereby ensuring a correct product flow at the outlet of the solenoid valve and avoiding emulsions in the system.
Another important aspect is the filling accuracy. Thanks to the weighing system, which ensures a division of at least one gram, formats from 8 grams to 10 kg can be filled. The physical fluctuations in the product due to temperature changes are checked by the machine each time it is filled. If, for example, you fill containers with the most liquid product in the summer, the system will automatically adapt to the new properties after the first filling, by perfectly dosing the product with the correct required amount.
