  Semi-Automatic Weighing Dosing System with Innovative Features for Use with a Variety of Containers (Cans, Glass Bottles, PET, Bag-in-Box) from 0.008 to 10 Liters Utilizing the latest electronics, all processes have been simplified to allow for easy use by less experienced operators. All settings are predefined at the factory, meaning no adjustments or calibrations are necessary by the user. Switching formats (e.g., from 0.25-liter bottles to 5-liter cans) is managed through a simple selector which scrolls up or down through the 20 predefined formats (10 volume-based formats and 10 weight-based formats). In addition to the predefined formats, it is always possible to set "non-standard" volumes (e.g., 1.3 liters, etc.), which the device can fill with no issues. The weighing system employed is metrically certified, thereby allowing the machine to dose packages for third-party sales. Special attention has been given to the selection of components used for handling the product. The pump comes with an impeller that is chosen depending on the product to be packaged (such as Nitrile oil, etc.). The dosing speeds are controlled by electronics, which regulate them according to the formats being filled, thereby ensuring a correct product flow at the solenoid valve outlet and preventing emulsions within the system. Another key aspect is filling accuracy. Thanks to the weighing system, which ensures at least one-gram division, formats ranging from 8 grams up to 10 kilograms can be filled. The machine checks for the physical fluctuations of the product due to temperature changes with each fill. For example, if you’re filling containers with the most fluid product during summer, the system will have already automatically adjusted to the new properties after the first fill, perfectly dosing the product with the precise required quantity.
