The Profiset OW500s-inox and Silosystem is a complete set for the production of high-quality plant oil. The set includes everything you need to press and filter your own oil. The OW500s-inox oil press is a powerful press made of stainless steel. The silo system allows you to store up to 100 kg of seeds. With the OW-Filpu plate filter, you can filter the oil before use and refine it. The temperature sensor and stainless steel holder allow you to constantly monitor the oil temperature. The OW500s-inox oil press can process over 100 different seeds gently. The machine is characterized by low energy consumption, low noise, and a particularly compact design. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized businesses and can also be easily used on mobile markets or in farm shops.

The press unit of the oil press is made entirely of stainless steel. Therefore, all parts can be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher. The OW500s-inox oil press features a direct drive with special gearing. By eliminating a belt drive, it ensures low power consumption, reliable maintenance-free operation, and a long service life. The speed of the OW500s-inox can be continuously regulated via a frequency converter and can be adjusted variably to the respective pressing material for optimal press results in terms of oil quality and oil yield.

Furthermore, the OW500s-inox has a variable press gap adjustment. With the built-in press head heater and integrated digital temperature monitoring of the press head, the OW500s-inox allows for even easier and temperature-accurate cold pressing of valuable oils. The screw press used enables gentle cold pressing of cleaned, unpeeled seeds with a maximum residual moisture of around 8 percent. The ingredients of the starting product are almost fully preserved in this type of oil extraction. Depending on the type, purity, and density of the seeds used, the OW500s-inox can process up to 25 kg of pressing material per hour. The OW500s-inox is freestanding and has a narrow width of 33 cm, allowing for easy cleaning of the floor space and space-saving row installation.

The silo system is the ideal addition to the OW500s-inox to ensure 24-hour operation. The integrated seed supply control allows for interrupting the seed supply to clean the mill from seeds after operation. The seed container and frame are made of high-quality stainless steel and are easy to clean. The silo system is suitable for food production and can be easily moved thanks to its roller storage. Two of the rollers have a locking feature, ensuring stability during operation with an oil mill.

Our OW-FILPU is a high-quality and powerful plate filter designed for professional use. The device has a throughput of up to 80 liters per hour and requires 20 filter cartridges per pass. The plate dimensions are 200 × 200 mm and are made of 350GSM filter cardboard. The feed is in the center from the top, and the operating pressure is adjustable. The device is equipped with a 0.55 KW suction pump and has an 80L capacity collection tray from which the oil is suctioned off through the suction pump. The plate filter is also equipped with 4 swivel castors, and the plate change is done manually depending on the degree of contamination. The tray is made of stainless steel and is ideal for use in the food industry.
