Designed for the production of extra virgin avocado oil of the highest quality, this machine combines state-of-the-art technology with a user-friendly interface. Equipped with a powerful 6 kW motor and constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it promises longevity and consistent results.

A complete processing operation also requires the use of a pitter, which reliably removes the pits from the fruits, as well as a washing station that ensures the raw material is clean and ready for oil processing. Both components are crucial for high-quality processing and are available in our expansive product range in the avocado oil press category.

To achieve optimal consistency and oil quality, a hot water boiler is necessary to provide 80°C hot water, as the avocado paste must be heated to a temperature of 50-55°C. Our machine comes already equipped with a heating element for the avocado paste, featuring a temperature sensor, a thermometer, and a display to ensure ideal processing temperatures and to meet quality standards.

Fitted with an advanced grinding device, the machine effortlessly transforms your avocados into a fine paste. Thanks to the horizontal, continuous kneading device, and an efficient 2-phase decanter, the highest quality avocado oils are extracted. Typically, no oil remains in the avocado waste – meaning we extract 100% of the oil from the fruit. This ensures maximized yield and greatly facilitates the utilization of avocado residues.

The quality and amount of oil extracted depend on the variety of avocado. For example, the popular Hass variety usually has an oil content of about 20-25%. This is a crucial factor for estimating the potential yield of your production.

To ensure optimal blending and flawless production, our system is equipped with a flow meter to control the addition of water. The transport system includes two augers, one for the avocados and one for the avocado mass, securing the consistency of the paste as it moves from the kneading device to the decanter.

Last but not least, a fully automatic cleaning device simplifies the process, and a transfer pump for avocado waste eases disposal. With compact dimensions of 200 x 130 x 150 cm and a total weight of 400 kg, this plant is an efficient solution for professional applications.
