We present you Jolly 40 filter including pump, specially designed for filtration of edible oils. The scope of supply includes 40 plates and 100 filter inserts, which are optimal for the filtration process. The filter frame is made of high quality stainless steel, which ensures long durability and reliability of the filter.
The Jolly 40 filter offers an impressive capacity of 100-200 liters per hour, with the actual capacity depending on the type and characteristics of the oil being filtered. Its closed discharge design allows you to optimally control and cleanly remove the filtered oil flow. The filter element change is manual, the plates themselves have dimensions of 200 mm x 200 mm, made of durable polypropylene.
The oil is conveniently supplied from the top in the center of the filter via a suction hose and the operating pressure is individually adjustable. The Jolly 40 filter is also equipped with a rugged stainless steel guard that protects against damage and debris, extending its life.
