With the OW510s-inox oil press, over 100 different seeds can be gently processed. In addition, the machine impresses with its low energy consumption, low volume and particularly compact design. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized businesses and can also be used on mobile devices in markets or in farm shops.

The press unit of the oil press is made entirely of stainless steel. All parts can therefore be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The OW510s-inox oil press has a direct drive with special teeth. By dispensing with a belt drive, low power consumption, reliable, low-maintenance operation and a long service life are guaranteed. The speed of the OW510s-inox can be continuously regulated by means of a frequency converter and can be variably adapted to the respective pressed material in order to achieve optimal pressing results in terms of oil quality and oil yield.

In addition, the OW510s-inox has a variable press gap adjustment. With the built-in press head heating and integrated digital temperature monitoring of the press head, the OW510s-inox enables even easier, temperature-accurate cold pressing of valuable oils. In this way, even in an unheated environment in markets or in halls, a constant and high-quality oil quality is guaranteed right from the start. The temperature can be controlled and maintained during the entire pressing process, as well as individually regulated for different seeds.

The screw press used enables the gentle cold pressing of cleaned, unpeeled seeds with a maximum residual moisture of 8 percent. The ingredients of the starting product are almost completely preserved in this type of oil extraction. Depending on the type, purity and density of the seeds used, the OW510s-inox can process up to 25 kg of pressed material per hour. The OW510s-inox is self-supporting, without a base plate with a small width of 33 cm. The advantages can be found in the easy cleaning of the stand area, as well as the possibility of a space-saving row arrangement.
