The robust and highly functional KK500F Universal oil press is an outstanding device for professional oil extraction. Thanks to its solid steel funnel, equipped with efficient sieve bars, it guarantees optimal processing of oil seeds during the pressing process. With various interchangeable screws and cones (optional accessories), the machine can be easily adjusted for a wide range of seed materials, covering the spectrum from soft to medium-hard to hard seed types.
Elemental features such as the variable press gap adjustment allow for a precise adaptation of the pressing process to ensure maximum oil yield and product quality.
The electric control cabinet of this oil press is designed for industrial use and features all necessary controls and safety functions. With a clear ON/OFF switch for starting or stopping, a connection cable, an emergency stop switch, an OFF button, an ON button for increased handling, and a reverse function to remedy blockages, the highest level of operational safety is provided. The high-quality CEKON plug ensures the electrical connection, while the frequency inverter combined with the speed control allows for optimal adjustment to the respective pressing process.
Additional equipment is necessary for processing cocoa nibs: the machine can be equipped with two heaters and two controllers at an additional cost, which allows for a special adaptation for this type of seed.
The included toolset, consisting of a hook wrench, a socket wrench with extension, and a shaft for gap adjustment, enables maintenance and fine-tuning of the machine with high precision.
