PRESS LINE FARMER 20
FARMER 20 is a complete system for oil seed cold presses with a connected filtration. These are primarily the following oil seeds such as rapeseed, sunflower, flax and other oil seeds (e.g. jathropa, hemp, mustard, poppy seeds, artichoke, evening primrose, sea buckthorn, grape seeds, and also coconut pulp, ...).
The system has a very compact design and is very easy to commission. We recommend this system as an ideal solution for small and medium-sized farms. The machine produces a high quality filtered vegetable oil and pressed pieces. The pressed pieces can be used as a full substitute for extracted meal. Thanks to a higher content of the oil, these pressed pieces have a higher feed nutritional value.
The press system consists of a Farmer DUO press, above which there is a hopper for oilseeds. The plastic sedimentation containers for the pressed oil are located under the pressing system. A pump is attached to the steel structure that transports the oil from the sedimentation tanks to the plate lter, which collects the sediment from the oil.
This model is intended for pressing all common oil seeds and also less common oil seeds with an oil content of more than 12%. The drive is designed with a three-phase connection with the possibility of changing the speed of the drive using a frequency converter. The process is optimized by setting the speed and choosing the press nozzle.
