The Farmet Farmer 10 is a high-quality and comprehensive pressing system that has been specially developed for cold pressing of oil seeds and subsequent oil filtration. With this innovative system, both farmers and small to medium-sized businesses can take control of the processing of their crops and are therefore no longer dependent on large processing plants.
The facility is ideal for those interested in self-sufficient production of their own vegetable oil and feed. The Farmet Farmer 10 is not only easy to use, but also impresses with its ability to produce high-quality, filtered vegetable oil. The press cake created in this process, which is a by-product of the pressing process, is a high-quality replacement for extracted meal. Due to the higher oil content, the press cake has a significant feed value and can therefore be optimally integrated into animal nutrition.
At the center of the system is the robust and efficient Farmet UNO press, which has a feed hopper for the oil seeds to be pressed. The pressing process results in fresh oil, which is collected in plastic sediment containers underneath. An integrated pump then transports the oil to the plate filter, where residues are effectively removed from the oil.
